How It Works

  1. Create the Bill
    From the PayGate Merchant Access Portal, you create a new PayBill by entering your customer’s name, email address, and the amount owed.

    Navigate to the PayGate section from the Merchant Access portal, and select PayBill. From there, click on the Create new Bill button at the top.

    Fill out the recipient info and click the Send button at the bottom of the form.

  2. Customer Receives an Email
    The system sends a pre-formatted email with a secure PayGate-hosted payment link.

  3. Customer Completes Payment
    The customer clicks the link and is taken to a secure payment page where they can complete the transaction using their preferred payment method.

  4. Get Paid & Stay Updated
    Once the payment is successful, you’re notified, and the payment reflects in your PayGate Merchant Access Portal dashboard.

    The payment status will be displayed under your list of PayBill transactions in your Merchant Access Portal.
